LOGICALIS INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP

  Bob joined Logicalis International in November 2015 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in March 2018 before taking the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Logicalis International in March 2020.

  He is a chartered accountant and brings over 10 years of international experience to his role, having previously worked in Australia, Switzerland and the US. Prior to joining Logicalis International, Bob was Group Finance Director at Monitise plc, a mobile banking and payment specialist, and before that was Finance Director of the sailing holidays’ division at TUI Travel plc. Bob started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Wolseley plc where he held a variety of finance, commercial and strategic roles.

  Craig joined Logicalis in June 2009 and during his tenure has held a number of senior finance management positions within operating business units and the corporate team. In his early career he qualified as a chartered accountant in South Africa after completing a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree at the University of Natal and articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He leads the global finance team of c. 250 team members spread across 19 countries and his role is focused on shaping business strategy and decision making through analysis and insights whilst efficiently delivering best-in-class stewardship, compliance and reporting.

LOGICALIS LATIN AMERICA LEADERSHIP

  Marcio has been in charge of Logicalis' operations in the Southern region of Latin America (SoLa) since 2014. In 2022, he became COO for Latin America and, in mid-2024, he also took on the role of Vice President of Brazil.

  With a degree in electrical engineering from USP and a postgraduate degree in corporate finance from Ibmec Business School, he has extensive experience in Information and Communication Technology Services, such as: Hybrid Cloud, Security, Data Intelligence, IoT, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Networking and Service Provider Architecture.

  A graduate of Business Administration from PUC São Paulo and holding an MBA in Finance from FGV, Rodrigo Romero has over 22 years of experience in the financial field, with roles in large multinational companies such as Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, and Bayer (formerly Monsanto).

  Currently, Rodrigo is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Logicalis Latin America where he has worked for over ten years. He leads the entire senior finance team in Latin America, overseeing the organsation's financial management.

WESTCON INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP

  David has three decades of experience in channel business leadership and distribution, including sales, marketing, investment and executive roles. Most recently, David served as the Westcon International’s COO and EVP Global Partner Sales & Operations. He joined Westcon-Comstor in 2008 through the acquisition of the venture capital backed distribution business, Crane, where he was CEO. Prior to this, he held several sales and leadership roles at Canon. David’s credentials include a BSc from Brunel University and the Senior Executive Programme at Henley Management College.

  With more than a decade in the Datatec Group finance, Callum serves as Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Westcon International. Joining Westcon-Comstor International in 2014 as Services Director of Finance, he has also held roles of Vice President of Finance for Cloud and Vice President of Group Finance & Operations. Callum began his career with Deloitte, South Africa, qualifying as a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Callum is also qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor and holds international affiliate membership with CPA Australia and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting. He holds a BComm degree from the University of Johannesburg.
